The top one looks to be in better condition than the bottom one, little things make a big difference in the amount of money you can get. Holster wear or the Tactical fading as it appears on the bottom one will effect value.
The third gens have gone crazy as of late, I bought a Shorty 40, several years ago and the last 2 or 3 I have seen on GA/GB have sold for 1800-1900 dollars. I would not let my LNIB 3913 TSW go for any thing less than 1200 bucks. That is just me though and it is as new as new can be.
I have seen very used 3913 tsws go for 600 bucks or so and I think condition like classic cars is everything when it comes to getting a fair price. A good used one is probably a 600-750 dollar gun, a LNIB with all paper work is a 1000-1200 dollar gun. The market prices have increased and people started to value the old 3rd gens as great pieces worth top dollar.
I would not sell it as it would be almost impossible to replace them.
Good Luck,
