New to the forum! I was lucky enough to snag a 15-22 from a WM two weeks ago at a grand opening. The problem is that it's the naked unthreaded version. Love the gun, but have decided something needs to be done with the barrel. Any recommendations? - thread, shroud, set screw FH? I'm liking the look of the 4.5" short barrel shroud from tacticool. Anyone have one mounted on there 15-22? And issues? And if you don't mind, feel free to share photos! Thanks!

How much does the long shroud with adapter weigh?
If I understand this correctly, no adapter is needed. The shroud has set screws itself so no need for the set screw adapter.

+1 on the Tacticool22 long barrel shroud. Quick and easy to install and it makes the rifle look even better.
