with swivel hole (missing swivel)

It is a Victory Model from 1944.

It actually has five frame screws: 4 in the side plate and one in the front of the trigger guard.

Good for you! Too many people call it a "lanyard hole." The lanyard wasn't put into the hole, the swivel was.

Barrel length? Pics are great if you can. Barrel marked 38 S&W CTG or 38 S&W SPL ?
