Hey all,

I have a 4506 with adjustable sights. It shoots about 3 inches low and to the left. I have been shooting for over 10 years and maintain a department qualification score of 100%, so I know its not me. I have never owned a pistol with adjustable sights before and I wanted to ask how to zero this pistol, before I totally mess the sights up. Thanks.

To put it as simply as possible, you move the rear sight in the direction you want the point of impact to move. Since you are shooting low and left, you need to move the rear sight up and right. Do one at a time to make it easier. Looking down on top of the pistol you will see a screw on the sight. Turning it will change your elevation. There will be another screw on the right side of the sight that will change your windage. They may be marked with arrows indicating which way to turn them to move the sight. If they are not marked, it does not matter. Look closely at the sights and turn the screw a few clicks. You will be able to see which way it moves. Just move one screw at a time to make it easier. Once you get the hang of it it is simple. Just post again if I have not explained it well enough and I will try again.

So if your group is low/left, move your adjustable sight up and to the right.
Good Shooting!
