Have had a couple of these "unique" 9mm revolvers but this is the first "shooter" grade gun I have owned. All the rest were collector grade LNIB and later sold...

Bought this one from another memeber here and it is a real sweetheart to shoot...and spot on to the sights....and it is the 3" round butt version...

Now the question... Not wanting to modify the 9mm cylinder, does anyone know if a standard .38 Special cylinder can be fit of the gun... I would like to have the an extra cylinder fit to the gun locally by my factory trained Smith smith and then have TK modify the cylinder to run .38 Super...

Any help would be appreciated....

I have a 4" 547 and a spare .38Spl cylinder. Both of the cylinders fit/work fine in my gun.

YMMV

You could ask TK custom about it.

I'm thinking you'd really need a M13 cylinder. I'm not sure, but I think there's a difference in heat treating for .38 Spl cylinders and .357 Mag cylinders. I think 547s were more related to M13s than M10s. Don't know specs on .38 Super, but I would guess Saami for .38 super is pretty close to .357 & 9mm and way above .38 spl. For me, I wouldn't fool with it. I like that 547 just the way it is.
