5th Edition

My copy of the 5th edition showed up today. It might be my imagination but it seems to me that the type face (font) is one size smaller than the 4th edition. It is definitely harder for my old eyes to read. I have to either put on my computer screen glasses or use my magnifier. Modest pain in the butt.

I believe you're right. I just opened my 5th Ed. an hour ago, and when I read this I got out my 4th Ed and compared them. Looks like it went from 12 to 14 on the print size for the bulk of the page.

Lots of new stuff and I guess they didn't want to increase the book size too much, they even left out some of the appendices for that reason. Not to pick nits, I'm finding typos and incorrect data that weren't there in the 4th Ed. It's nice to have the updated pricing info though. Amazing how much more my guns are worth now. Some of them almost worth what I paid for them 5 years ago,
