After viewing a close up photo I may know the answer. Under the rear sight notch there is a red stripe I thought was rust. Now I see it may be an adhesive. Any help.
66-4 rear sight ?

It must be red locktite or something.. My 66-4 doesnt have anything like that under the blade. Also, the outline is "white" on a stock blade. Looks like someone may of replaced yours with an aftermarket?? The blade should also move from left to right, with the windage screw on the right side..
