929 Race Holster Fit

Hey Everyone,

I was able to get my hands on the new 929. I brought it home, and tried it in my 625 Double Alpha Race Master Holster and it is way to tight of a fit. My 625 is really smooth in and out of the holster, but the 929 is not. I would assume they would be interchangeable since there both N frame guns.

Any thoughts?

As you have found there are variances in the trigger guards. Not all N (or K or L) frames are created equal. The DAA site deals with this. You may need another insert to "adjust" to fit the 929 better or you can "adjust" the insert you have and then see how the 625 fits.
