9mm Shield FTE problems

After 8 FTE's and one FTFeed in the first 300 rounds using 4 different types of ammo, and inconsistent large groupings I contacted S&W about warranty repair. Mean time my daughter's new 9mm Shield runs flawlessly, smoothly & accurately - much better than mine. S&W sent me a RMA return FedEx shipping label right away. So far, great service from S&W. Let's see how it works when it comes back, and how long it will take to come back.

Just got it back!

I just go the Shield back from S&W. Quick work! Considering how busy they must be at this time of the year I got it back much faster than expected - much appreciated.

Tomorrow it goes to the range & we'll see how well the problem was corrected. More in the next couple of days.
