I was the winner of 29aholic's Karma a couple of weeks ago - a factory letter on my old 2nd model .44spl.
Another forum member who wants to remain anonymous provided a beautiful set of checkered rosewood grips which arrived Saturday. Now when I say beautiful, I mean superb workmanship - they are even keyed inside for maximum rigidity and fit. So, I want to show them off. The manufacturer's name was removed from the package and the grips aren't marked. Does anybody recognize who made them?
Shown on my mod 24-3. The diamond in the center of the checkering is a neat touch.
The oval shape of the grip is perfect for easy handling and shooting.
So, my anonymous friend, I just want to offer heartfelt thanks for your and 29aholic's generosity.
