I never said you cannot shoot a 1 MOA group with a bolt action rifle and match ammo. I just said you can't shoot a 1/4-1/2 inch group at 70 yards with a semi auto rifle like M&P 15-22. That is totally impossible no matter how good you are. That would be a world record. World class shooters compete at 50 yards in a prone position where the ten ring is 11.4 mm (almost 1/2 inch). To shoot a ten your bullet hole has to touch the circle, which means that a group would be larger than 1/2 inch! So you are still saying that 1/4 or even 1/2 inch group is possible with a M&P 15/22......?
Give me a break!
