A find that almost wasn't!

The address on the Ontario Provincial Police paper is from my hometown.

RMC for Royal Military College. That is the name of the "military academy" in Kingston Ontario.

Very interesting man! I noted the obituary didn't mention anything about target shooting or gun competition.

It's also interesting it took over 6 years for this handgun to come to "market".

Is is unethical to ask what the appraisal was on this item? How much does the history and documentation on the owner affect the appraisal? I'm new to this collecting hobby and am trying to learn as much as I can. Thanks!
