A Grandfather’s Request ......

.... for prayers.
I don't often share personal issues - everyone has problems - but this is really important.
Our 15 year old granddaughter - Isabella or Bella to us - is returning to hospital today to under go a second round of Chemo therapy prior to a second bone marrow transplant. She is fighting a return of AML Leukemia and will probably remain in hospital till Christmas, maybe longer. She was first diagnosed at age twelve, that was a shock. Then followed chemo and bone marrow transplant, the marrow supplied by her younger brother. She was in remission, going in for routine check ups, and doing what teenaged girls do - friends, high school, Band - she recently dyed her hair purple and she looked great!
Last month she went in for her routine check up and her WC count was low. Another blood test last week confirmed the return of the cancer. We are all worried.
I don't know if this will help, but I'm asking for prayers for her.
Don't waste energy with "Likes"; I'd rather have your time and energy put to prayers for Bella.

Father in heaven we ask that you touch Bella with all the healing powers of heaven, that you cleanse her blood and remove every bit cancer and heal her body and make it free of all disease and ailments and return her to full health. Lift her spirits and give her comfort and your love and remove all worry and doubt and give her peace and make her smile knowing that her life and spirit are in your hands. Help the family, friends, and loved ones and also give them peace and confidence that you are watching over her through this entire time and process of healing. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
