About IGGY!

Our Heavenly Father...

Cowboys do not ask for special favors...

They do ask Lord, that you will help us live our lives here on earth as cowboys, in such a manner, that when we make that last inevitable ride, to the country up there, where the grass grows lush, green, and stirrup high, and the water runs cool, clear, and deep, that you'll take us by the hand and say -

"Welcome to Heaven cowboy, your entry fees are paid."

It was my privilege to have known you through the forum, read your posts and communicated with you. I continue to keep you and Linda in my prayers.

Haste la vista, amigo! Nos vemos en la proxima reunion.

I too am sorry to hear this, it was inevitable but still leaves the forum a little more empty.
May he RIP. I hope his family some peace.

One of one.

Although Chip didn’t mention it very much, I know he was extremely proud of this special Dan Wesson.

I don’t remember how it came up but he said he had a .45 and didn’t like its grips. I had extra Hogue’s and asked him if he wanted lighter or darker wood. I sent him the pictured ones and the hex screws. (I thought black would look better than stainless.)

I’m sharing the image he sent me after he had the grips on. He humbly explained the significance of this pistol and how much more he liked it with the different grips.

He will be universally missed and remembered.
