Alien Gear Wait Time

I couldn't find anything on their site, so I waited to order my gear until I knew when my CCDW would be active. I ordered 2 holsters a week and a half ago with no communication. Checking the website shows the status as still "Order Confirmed". I sent an email a few days ago simply asking an approximate time of when to expect my order and didn't receive any reply.

For those that have dealt with this company, is this normal? What's the normal wait time for these?

Give them a call. My experience with Alien Gear is that their customer service is second to none. Also, their product is well worth the wait.

I sent an order for a 2.0 and a 3.0 which takes longer on 8-9, I just got my your holster is in production email on 9-1, and was told they will ship within 5 business days.

I know The new 3.0 is a 4 to 5 week turn around.

I ordered their owb cloak slide and tuck 2.0 (they don't make the 3.0 for a Taurus 85 yet). I got mine from order to my house in less than 3 weeks. I'd add another a week if I ordered a tuck 3.0.

Just checked my email, I ordered my AG holsters on 8/18 and they shipped on 8/29.

It looks like at least a 4 week delay due to the supplier of the CT3.0 materials not being able to keep up with the demand. I ordered on 8/21 and they are hoping my order gets shipped by 9/19.

It took 10 days from the time I ordered my, till it was delivered. So far, i'm very satisfied with it.
