I received my Aim Surplus 5906 TSW and 2 spare magazines today; impressed; no, really.
What was advertised as a Novak low-profile rear sight actually turns out to be a set of Novak Style low-profile three dot tritium night sights; about half as bright as my newest tritium sighted gun that is about 2 years old. So with luck I have a couple years of (dim) light left! Two of the three magazines are marked "RESTRICTED Export, Law Enforcement and Government use only.
The photos don't show the holster wear at the muzzle and on the right side of the slide by the takedown pin; other then that and a well used stock the gun cleaned up rather nicely; time to try the range tomorrow, using some Speer Gold Dot 124 grain LE ammo. I will try to post some photos after the range visit. In the mean time, here's the photos I took today:
I couldn't get a clear shot of the rear sight lamps but the front shows up well.
