Up at 4 am to take my son back to the airport. Had a great weekend with him and the missus. Watched the Steelers give it away, wife and the girls got to go on the field before the game....so now I get to work at 6:30.....what the heck. I can leave early....

Monday and the Royals did it to the Mets. Good team and they earned it. Hope the Astros follow the Royals example on how to put a team together. Going to be a long week waiting for deer season to start Saturday and now the weather girl says more big rain coming for opening weekend! Better check out my rain suit,cold and wet sucks but the mud is the real pain. It makes walking very quiet and slow so it is not all bad. Have a good day!
The Mets beat themselves with bad plays at key moments. KC made plays and got runs when they needed it. Much like the Yankees of a few years ago, they were never out of a game no matter how many runs they were down.

Good morning drifters it's another beautiful day in the desert. I woke up on top of the ground again so it can't be all bad. Sitting around drinking my coffee and watched the neighbors go to work, it's good to be retired.
