Well I'm not going to worry, I'm declaring Beer Time!
In the bargain bin today I found an officially licensed Texas A&M University neoprene cooler cup. At the price I had to have it. (Went to grad school there.)
Today's beer selection is Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale a seasonal IPA. It pours a cloudy toasty brown color with a very robust head. The head has a tremendous staying power.
The piney flavor jumps out to me, but there is a good balance of flora with citrus undertones. For real IPA lovers this is probably a truly great beer. I find nothing wrong with it, but think I prefer the Sierra Nevada Torpedo or Saint Arnold Elissa or Endeavor IPAs to this one. I was in an IPA mood and decided to try this one today. I am glad I did. If you are an IPA fan or just like to try different beers you should try this beer, it is not bad at all.
