Annoyed at thread drift

Holding down a slot at Distant Drums RV Resort, Camp Verde, AZ.
After hours of promises the highway department failed to deliver a single Elk, Deer or Bear. Imagine my disappointment.
No Emu spotted either.
It will be 106 °F in Pheonix tomorrow, they are having a cold wave, but it broke and the next few days will be seasonably "warm" as in well into 111 plus.

Who went down the long hill, found an open slot despite the 4th of July weekend and failed to connect with the local cable TV. Broadcast working reasonably well, I found ABC.

Watching an old classic right now on TV....The Shining.

Sitting back in my big chair with Rudy on my lap i haven't
felt very well all afternoon.
They are talking about an all day rain here for Sunday and
i decided to clean out the gutters.
As soon as i get to the top rung out comes some Wasp from
under the Tin roof. **** !!!
One got me on my right hand. Danggit that hurts.
I climb down cussing and wife gets me some baking soda.

Off to Dollar General for a couple cans of Dead Wasp Spray !!!!

I hose it down real good and believe i got em' all. So back up
the ladder to unclog the gutter pulling the water hose with me, and out comes another one and this sucker got me on the right hand.
Danggit that Hurts !!!
Frantically i'm turning on the hose 20 feet up on a ladder and trying
to spray that damn wasp away as he's trying to come back for
another pass. I finally got enough hard spray from the hose headed in his
direction to make him go away. Then I quickly shot enough water
in to the downspout to unclog the gutter.

I climb back down the ladder cussing even more, and throw the extension ladder half way across the yard.
Wifey gets out the baking soda once again and in 15
minutes my hands have quit throbbing and aching.

Now i'm staying in and talking to you crazies and watching
The Shining. At least i won't be attacked by any Wasp.

Can't wait for a picture of the Colt snub and Smith snub together. So I will just have to post this emailed picture of the Smith until it arrives next week.

It's been a great couple weeks for snubbies. I...am...stoked.

Race over and the fire works are popping all over the area here. Used to be out in the country where I live but now it is way to crowded for fireworks but they are not controlled outside city limits so it will be like a war zone for a few days. Drift on!

Miracle. I called United airlines. Told them I couldn't make the flight tomorrow, the guy said he was sorry I wasn't able to go,but he'd cancel the ticket and give me full value in credit for any United flight for one year, with no re-scheduling fee. Wow, daddy-o. That's a relief. I take back all the bad things I ever said about United.

Daytona Bike Week March 10-17 2017

Always Harley for racing. Indian is cool for riding. But Indian don't have the development money to compete in major motorcycle racing any more. I hope Indian continues to stay in business, but they have folded several times in the last 30 years, but always seems to bounce back with new owners and investors.
