Good morning all.

It's 73 degrees and overcast here in Houston. The high today is supposed to be 81 degrees. You know before Al Gore invented global warming we had The Greenhouse Effect and this kind of weather was only considered unseasonable. But I remember the Christmas I got that new bike. I think I was about 9. That was about 50 years ago. We had weather just like this when I took my bike out Christmas morning 196X.

Oh, well one more note before I leave since it is the holiday season and all. I will make this a formal announcement.

Alright Wal-Mart shoppers. Only two more days of shopping left before we have the really BIG after Christmas shopping sale. So pull those little plastic fantastic cards out and shop! Shop! Shop! That's right this is the Shop-Until-You-Drop sale at a Wal-Mart near you.

Now that is how to get into the Christmas spirit or the spirit of Christmas, I forgot which it is. Remember if you don't spend until you are in debt for at least the next year, how can your poor bankers make a living. They need every penny that 19 percent interest and those 50 dollar late payment fees will bring them. Otherwise they might have to get a real job and produce something themselves.

Remember if you don't buy it, some child in China will be starving tonight. Save a child and buy the baubles and trinkets and plastic-east-to-break gadgets and buy them NOW!

Also be careful on isle 49, two people were trampled to death there last night in the midnight madness sale and the floor is still wet.
