Good morning all.
It's 42 degrees with a constant 24 mph westerly wind and gust to 31 here in Houston. At least it is not raining. It's going to be an interesting walk this morning.
My official Monday after Christmas weight was 195 lbs. That leaves six pounds to loose in the next two weeks.
It's time to layer up and head into the wind.

Finally caught up ! Got behind because of the holiday and thought I would never catch up! Texans won yesterday,miracles do happen! With a backup ,backup,backup,QB. The ones we got rid of beat the Seahawks,Steelers,and the Patriots yesterday but we beat the Titans! Still have the worst yuk cold? I can remember but work is here again today and if I don't go .... Drift on and New Years is almost here!
There must be something to this. I sure don't miss having to deal with the morons at my local Wally World pharmacy! There was a Japanese woman there that barely spoke English! She told me I needed to speak slower, I told her she needed to listen faster...anyways, the situation was resolved when I started using Humana Mail order,,,AND, as a major bonus, all my co-pays were covered, so all my prescriptions are no charge! YIPPEE! Side note: I have nothing against the Japanese. As proof, I point out my weakness for big bore sport bikes, among other things. Man, this sure turned into a ramble, or better yet, a mini drift...
But I'll take this weather over the othe stuff!
