Bubba'd off the lanyard rings, nickel plated most of the
gun and gold plated the hammer, trigger and cylinder latch.

Good morning all. This weekend I was thinking about the things I did to stay in shape when I was in my 20s. I now realize that in those days I smoked and or dipped Skoal, I drank heavily, ate junk food regularly, and may have worked out for an hour five days a week. Then I realized the secret to why I was in good physical condition in those days, I WAS YOUNG. If I had put in the time and effort then that I do these days there is no telling what I could have done. It's another muggy morning here, chances of rain today are set at 70%. I'll do my rain pattern walking course which zig zags back and forth close to home, so if it does start raining heavily I can get home fast. Each of you have a great day!

And.....Back in the day we young men were chasing
the girls around as well.
That'll keep ya' in shape !!!

I'm going to need scuba gear for the rest of the week, if the weather guessers are right. I'm going to see my Mom for lunch, & it will be interesting to see if there are any developments in the power struggle between Coco the corgi & Rosie the cat. My money's on Rosie...

Keep yer' head above water there Tim.
Here's hoping it misses you.

After what Vonn just went thru you guys need a break.

Most years you guys would be beggin' for rain this time
of the year or a little later. Now the faucet won't turn off !!

Best, Chuck

Just getting caught up on the drift so somebody
has surely posted this already, but just in case...
I would love to hear the story behind this old 1911.
Looks to at least have saved somebody's leg and
maybe more.

My Dad once told me a story from WWII. He thought he was shot but the bullet hit him right in his gun.
Wouldn't it be cool....

The Texas State Bird is the Mocking Bird, vicious creatures if they want your hair.

The East Texas Mosquitgator is a reptilasect and does not qualify for true bird status.

Alright pard, We know it's 12 gauge for Emu....

What's the favored loading for Mosquitogator?

To be safe i'm shooting this.

You all are on a roll tonight with wild guns and good music. Time for me to crash out for tonight, long day today. Thinking about a snack before bed, think that there might be some cookies drifting around the kitchen, and a glass of cold milk! Drift on,don't worry,be happy!
