Sometimes answering the original question is better off than answering the last post which has degraded into Bob vs Tom's opinion on what to do with bacon grease.

I also just don't have time to read 33 pages of yes you do, no I don't, never said you did, quit putting words in my mouth... etc. I have young kids, I don't need to read the same arguments from grown adults.

I haven't read the whole thread, but I'd like to comment that some posts have such poor spelling, punctuation, & grammar that they're nearly impossible to read. Saw one on another forum last night, was about half a page of run-on sentence. Not one break, period, comma, or cap! Nearly impossible to make any sense of. My two cents.

I definitely think that we as a society should not condone the practice of garroting parrots as was suggested by the original poster.

While parrots might be nosey and noisy with all their questions when you encounter them, that does not justify garrotting.

A parrot once asked me: "Polly, want a cracker?" -- I answered "Who is Polly and how the heck would I know". That parrot went to shrieking and kept repeating "Polly, want a cracker?" Now I know why they call that "parroting" or "pollying" as we call it down here in the bayou.

This should be the right answer to your question.
