I emailed them about a warranty issue around 9 EST. No reply yet.
Ok., here is the latest from S&W. I got through right at 8:00 a.m. Eastern this morning. No high capacity 15-22 magazines of any kind (including FDE). I asked the gentleman what the chances are that I will ever see the four 25 rd mags I ordered on 12/20. He said, "We have no idea, it depends on what happens in Washington." I asked him if they were making more at this time and he said, "No".
So there is your S&W Customer Service update for today. I wish the news was better.

They now appear to have an extension dedicated to mag questions #2 and after it quickly tells you about backorders & sold out it promptly hangs up on you.

I got through this morning and they do still have the 10-round long magazines in stock.
I ordered a few. I didn't trust the website to place the order (since it said the 25-rounders were in stock when I placed that order), so I had the CS rep do it over the phone. He said they were a little backed up, but gave me an estimated delivery date (not shipping date) of late next week. *crosses fingers*
"Perhaps" I can find a way to make those more useful to me here in Texas...

Brilliant halt production and shipping and selling waiting on Washington. Pffffffft makes me wish I never did business with them that is just assinine!
I don't buy it. I think there is another reason.

It be nice to get a straight answer because when i wanted to order 10 round longs they said they were out. So which one is it. This is straight bs and im getting pretty sick of it. This is the first and last s&w product ill ever own. I understand there backed up but dont tell customer diff stories talk about slamming ur d*** in the door quiet ridiculous.
