Apex Flat Faced Trigger Kit for MP pistols

Hello;

Does anybody knows if buying only the Flat Faced Trigger and the Apex sear works or I need to buy the whole Apex FFTrigger kit? Just to save $40-$50

The Flat faced trigger needs to be used with the Forward Set Sear. The Kit contains some different springs that may be useful (sear spring and so on) but the only thing needed is the FSetSear and the FFtrigger. (it's a geometry thing.)

At the minimum, you need the trigger and the sear. I did this on my M&P45c, but is it no where as crisp as my M&P PC 9mm, which has the whole kit. Trigger feels real mushy to me w/o the springs and striker block. Hope this helps.

The closest I've gotten is using the factory sear spring, factory safety plunger spring, and heavier of the 2 kit trigger springs. I want to say it was a 4.5-5# pull but it was on a customer's gun and I've slept since then.

I just installed the Flat Faced Forward Set Sear Trigger kit and trigger pull averages 4 3/4 #.
