Apex Trigger Kit in 340PD?

Anyone know if the Apex trigger kit will work in the 340PD?

Web sites say for any modern J frame, but haven’t seen 340PD listed.

Your 340 PD should fall into the category of a modern J Frame. If you have doubts, or second guess I would contact Apex and ask them if the 340 PD is excluded for some reason not mentioned on their website.

Wilson Combat makes a Custom Tune Spring Kit for the S&W J-Frame. I have 3 kits, but haven't gotten around to install them on my test revolver J-Frame yet.

I installed the APEX Tactical Carry action kit (#103-106) with the green rebound spring, reduced mainspring, & extended F/P (.508") in my 340PD.

The DA pull averaged 9.14# afterwards.

No problems with it.
