The M&Ps and M10s are the handguns that paid the bills at Smith and Wesson. And the .38 Special cartridge as fired from those handguns is a very pleasant and relaxing round to shoot.
I especially also like the 5 inch barrels, they just seem to point and handle a little better than the 4 inch. Although I like them all.
S&W made a lot of different handguns in a lot of different calibers. Some very collectable and some very exotic. But the K-Frame older .38s are the best for most purposes I think.
