Sometimes I just bite my tongue. it's occasionally better to just to shut up and eat a feces sandwich and let her have the last word than let a trivial thing turn into a big one and ruin the whole day. other times you have to take stand. In other words and big cliche alert; choose your battles.

Another phrase if uttered to the wife that will result in dire consequences is "you need to chill-out"..............I speak from experience. Never again will I say those words.:D

After over 44 years of married life, trust me , there is a lot to be said for the old saying...Silence is Golden !!
