Forged steel construction, made in the old way.
Formerly belonging to the Argentine army and so marked.
In the time I have owned this Ballester, I have fired *maybe* 250rds of FMJ and JHP with no failures, and very good accuracy.
Bore is shiny, and finish is un molested , but used blue...most finish wear on grip straps.
The grips came on it, but are not original.
Pistol bears a contract number on the frame, barrel, and slide...all matching. Magazine has a serial number, not matching, but appears to be Argentine. Has a tiny CAI import stamp on bottom of grip frame behind mag well.
Sell for $450 shipped.
Prefer FTF in Ohio...I live in north east Ohio, but my job sometimes takes me all over Ohio. Can ship to your FFL, buyer pays shipping.
