The TSW barrels won't replace the standard barrels. There are dimensional differences in the barrel hood/chamber.
Also, the barrel tab widths changed in the standard 59XX's.
The older ones had a narrow tab and the newer ones had wide tabs (rear of barrel hood). These changes corresponded to a revision of the breech face.
The narrow tab barrel slides had machined breech face cuts that had rounded "shoulders" above the chambered case, and the wide tab barrel slides had straight vertical cuts from the bottom to the top of the breech face.
Older barrels could sometimes require dressing the barrel's tab so it fit against the breech face and had normal freedom of movement during operation. Not a bad idea to have a smith or armorer familiar with S&W pistols check for normal fit & function of a replacement barrel.
