You might try Ebay....I see barrels and "parts kits" including barrels, slides, etc, on their site from time to time.

Not sure of the difference between 5906 and 5906 TSW barrels but Midway has the TSW. Someone with more experience could probably help or you could contact Midway and ask.

Thanks guys. I think the new TSW looks different than what I have. eBay looks pretty good.
The TSW barrels won't replace the standard barrels. There are dimensional differences in the barrel hood/chamber.
Also, the barrel tab widths changed in the standard 59XX's.
The older ones had a narrow tab and the newer ones had wide tabs (rear of barrel hood). These changes corresponded to a revision of the breech face.
The narrow tab barrel slides had machined breech face cuts that had rounded "shoulders" above the chambered case, and the wide tab barrel slides had straight vertical cuts from the bottom to the top of the breech face.
Older barrels could sometimes require dressing the barrel's tab so it fit against the breech face and had normal freedom of movement during operation. Not a bad idea to have a smith or armorer familiar with S&W pistols check for normal fit & function of a replacement barrel.

I have a narrow hood (.267") 5906 barrel. PM sent
I purchased and received today one of the narrow hood barrels from the seller referenced above. Excellent seller who when out of his way to satisfy my requirements. The barrel was conservatively described and arrived one day earlier than promised.
