Wow, is all I can say! I have tanned beaver hides on my wall for decoration, on my dresser as a catchall for my belts, change, pocket stuff ect, and a warm beaver hat (musher style), I had no idea beaver pelts could cost so much commercially.

WOW! Even the muskrat stuff costs a bunch. I used to get $5 (from Sears) for a top notch muskrat pelt. Time has charged right by me.

With those prices it seems to me we all should start trapping beaver and selling the pelts.
