Best S&W Revolver for a "Bug Out Bag"....

Good luck to the one's on he run.

Some of us won't so much be running as digging in at a very remote location. My choice is the family farm which is well off the beaten track. It has supported generations of my family and it can do it again if needed. My grandmother made me promise to hold onto that farm just for that reason. She made me promise about 100 times actually. She lived through the Depression so she knew exactly what happens when parts of civilization break down. It can be worse than that too.

yes. Half the purpose of my BOB is GETTING TO just such a place. Should things deteriorate too quickly. For whatever reason....

Probably not the best post to start with but my Glock 34MOS and 10 mags with extenders which makes the magazine capacity 23 and plenty of ammo. Its never failed too shoot and I am accurate with it. I would take my Sig P229 9mm also in case I did have a malfunction. I like carry capacity and some 9mm ammo isn't too bad. I could always holster one of my other guns. Possibly my 627PC if I get use to it and would feel confident with it.

I hope I never have to need any of them and if so I will bug out into the mtns surrounding my house with a lot of 308 ammo and my M1a

I'd take a Glock 19, 9mm, along with an Advantage Arms 22lr conversion kit and appropriate ammunition. It's the best choice for self defense and small game hunting.
