BG 2.0 shoots left

The chart in post #14 is for for gun in the right hand, one hand only. If you're right handed (assuming centered sights) and using both hands, low left is your trigger manipulation. Just plain left often is finger placement on the trigger.

Just an observation…

Nearly every review that is published indicates that the sights are off and shooting left and low left. After my first 200 rounds, it was obvious it was shooting low left. I have two other subcompacts and out of the box, never shot low left. I understand the grip/trigger thing. I spoke to my gunsmith immediately after the first 200 rounds, and he said "I guarantee it is your grip and trigger finger!". Although bench testing would show me the more exact measurement, 9 rounds were 3-1/2" left and 1-1/2' low. The 10th round I made a POA adjustment, and the round landed ½" left and ¼" low off the red dot. Apparently I don't need to bench test it to know where the rounds are landing on the target at 7 yards..

We have two Shield 2.0 in 45 and 40 - both shot left for my wife and I. You'll get lots of advice about changing your shooting grip, etc., but I simply drifted the FRONT sights until they were on the precise point of aim and impact with normal shooting grip. Not one single problem since.

That's the same with me on my Shield Plus 9mm. The sights were centered, but the pistol shot left. So I drifted the front sight a little to the left and now it's right on. Is it me? I don't think so. When I shoot other pistols I don't have that problem.
My Shield is wonderful now. Totally reliable with any ammo and if I don't wiggle too much it's pretty accurate.

I have the "shooting left" problem with my BG 2.0. Will probably push the rear sight a bit to correct. I carry the gun, regardless. In close quarters, the difference between POA and impact is still a solid center mass hit.

My rear sight was noticeably off center to the left and thats how it shot. I've owned many dozens of handguns for 35 years so it's not me or my grip. I drifted the rear sight over to the middle and problem solved. Really bad QC on some of these guns.

Its not me or my grip, the only way to know is to vice the gun.
my shield AND ME shot left, one could have bought my shield very cheap. I tried to like this gun and put hundreds of rounds through it always to the left.
one day after a friend and I shot many different handguns, I said oh yah I have that shield I can't hit squat with lets shoot that. I don't know what happened but I could not miss with it. and to this day it does not shoot left although sometimes I do. the sights have never been drifted.
My story and I am sticking to it and no my shield gen one is not for sale.
