Yep...yer getting up there I reckon. When I had my first job away from home I couldn't afford much for fun so I went to the old folks bingo places and for really cheap had a ball. The old folks liked having a young'un there...well the ladies did anyway

Good for you!

I'm a bingo fan since grandma used to take us, her three eldest granddaughters with her when we were kids. I've not been for years, but still have a bag of bingo acutraments ready to go if the mood strikes.
There is a big tribal bingo game that's been tempting me, down the block from the Harrah's casino in Cherokee NC.

If you start playing shuffleboard....watch out.
Hey,,,Hey let's watch out here!
I started playing shuffleboard on the hardwood table kind down at the firehouse! Still get the ache to do it when I find one! ;)
And we either played for beer or an ice tea! :D
Now Bingo is another story,,, back in the day we ran those games to raise money for the hose house and a lot of different aged people played... We weren't old farts back then! :D

Old Firefighters never die, they just end up helping to run Firefighter Museums! ;)

My late wife wanted to start playing Bingo. Took me to the Casino, got us all set up. It was very boring at first, but after a while I had a great time. I noticed that some people used lots of cards and that when someone started getting close to a Bingo there would be whispering. Soon I had a spare card and every number I would bang away on it with my ink dauber Then start whispering to my wife after a few numbers. Then, I became an India type Indian using the ink dauber on my forehead, then the end of my nose. My wife must not have had as much fun as I did as she never took me to Bingo again.
