So, just picked up my BG 2.0 w/ thumb safety a couple days ago and looking for recommendations on IWB holsters that have a "tuckable" clip.

Prefer leather or hybrid but will consider all Kydex as well if comfortable.

Thanks in Advance!

Galco started making holsters recently. I'm waiting for Harry's Holsters to come out with this IWB. Have them for my carry guns and they are super comfortable and disappear.

Amazon has generic holsters for the BG 2.0

So far I've looked at the Crossbreed Mini Reckoning...my only complaint with that is the 2 belt clips vs 1, is a bit more of a hassle to quickly slip it into my waistband.

The Vesder RapidTuck, except it seems a little wide of a holster, esp for the BG 2.0.

And the DeSantis Slim-Tuk, but that is all Kydex.

Will go check out Muddy River and Galco...

Muddy River Tactical did not list rhe new BG 2.0 in the drop-down dor their IWB tuckable leather holster. I emailed them and got this reply

We don’t have a tuckable leather option unfortunately because it hits the mag release.

Interesting, I love their holsters, simple, comfortable!

I don't know what a "tuckable" clip is, but I use a Bianchi Model 100, size 09 that I bought originally for a Walther PPK/S. It's maybe a tad long, but otherwise fits perfectly.

Remora and Vedder offer tuckable clip holsters. "WB tuckable holsters are designed with a space between the clip and holster that you can slip your shirt into."

I don't know if they offer one for the BG2.

Does that Bianchi holster touch the mag release?

Seems that several holsters shown as being for a Bodyguard 2.0 do not allow for a full grip while the firearm is holstered. That is a pet peeve of mine. A holster MUST give a full grip and not block your middle finger from being snug against the trigger guard as you go to grip the gun! Otherwise you will shoot with a bad grip or need to adjust your hand before you fire.

I may sound like a broken record in recommending Ryan Grizzle holsters but he does not seem to be able to make a bad holster. He has a couple IWB Tuckable styles that he will make for the Bodyguard 2.0.

PS:I wear his holsters and am not alone here. I have read of his holsters for years in dozens of articles and many discussion sites.

I totally agree. When SHTF, you won't have time to fumble with your lifesaving device.

Never heard of Ryan Grizzle holsters, will go check it out.

If you decide on kydex, I can’t recommend Pyntek enough. Mark is a good dude.

The functionality and design safety of a pocket holster is more critical than other position holsters, in my worthless opinion.

Why I really like the Muddy River Tactical Kydex for my Bodyguard 2.0....

The Kydex has a snug tactile click to lock, and it’s completely adjustable.

It has a hook that will catch on the inside pocket material as I withdraw the gun, helping to release it from the gun as I draw.

The bottom edge is curved slightly to rap around my leg inside my pocket, minimizing printing.

It has a thumb tab and as I get a full grip on the gun, I can immediately feel the thumb tab and push the Kydex holster off to release it from the gun. That tactile feel makes my draw very confident.

My forefinger placement is excellent.

It’s very light weight at 2.3 ozs, smartly designed and quality constructed. The price is awesome.

Kevin at Muddy River Tactical has shown me extraordinary Customer Service.

In the past I’ve been more of a leather holster guy, but now I’m a firm believer in a Kydex holster for a pocket carry self-defense handgun.

Vedder seems to offer some tuckable holsters for the BG2. I have a couple of their Light Tuck holsters, one for a 9mm Shield and one for the 4" PC Shield 45 and have been satisfied with both.

Blackdog Concealment makes some holsters that are tuckable. For IWB carry, they are the only holsters I use.

I own quite a few Vedder Light Tuck holsters, including the one for the BG2. Unlike my other Light Tuck holsters, the muzzle for the BG2 is not flush with the bottom of the holster. In fact, there is a gap of approx 5/8" between the muzzle and bottom of holster which I find unacceptable. Kinda like buying a Sig P365 holster but getting a P365 XL holster instead. None of my other Vedder holsters have this gap.

I spoke to Liz at Vedder customer service, sent her pics and she said she would respond within 24 hours. It's been over 3 weeks and crickets, no response at all.

This is terrible CS for a loyal customer. I'm hesitant to order from them again and looking elsewhere for a better fitting holster. YMMV
