Bodyguard

In the early 1970's, I bought a new blued Model 49 and carried it in an inside the belt holster daily. Due to picking up moisture in hot weather, I had some minor issues with fine rust forming on some surfaces even with daily wiping down. At that time, the Bodyguard was not available in stainless, so I sent it back to the factory to be nickel plated. They did a great job and, in addition to the beautiful finish, the piece came back with a better than ever smooth action.

If I could find a nickle one at that price, I would buy it and not look back. Somebody on this site taught me this phrase, "It was money well spent if it made you smile".

Hey Pred yours are facing the wrong way.
