Having an issue with the bolt not locking to the rear after firing the last round. I can manually lock it back on an empty mag via the charging handle. The only mods that I've done that might affect this is installing a Magpul PRS buttstock and a hydraulic buffer kit (to ease up on the recoil). I'm assuming that the buffer spring is too heavy. Wanted to confirm if this is correct.

Ok, what would be ideal buffer spring to get then? I'm using a rifle length KNS hydraulic buffer in the PRS buttstock.

A buddy of mine told me that since there hasn't been a lot of rounds fired through the gun yet (about 200 so far), that it could be just tight and that the best thing to do is to lock the bolt back to the rear overnight to break-in the tension on the spring.

The best I can offer is to look at the threads where people installed PRS stocks. I do seem to remember they needed to use a specific buffer spring.
