Dan,
I e-mailed Botach about a product,if it was in stock.The reply was answering somebody elses question.
 
I have ordered from them several times. This last time was for a firearm on sale at what I thought was a good price. I did receive the firearm thru my FFL very quickly and was very pleased until several weeks later when they advertised the same firearm at a further reduced price. I sent them an e-mail voicing my concerns about the reduction in price (hoping they might give me a credit). However, like most of my efforts to contact them, they have not replied. The only success at contacting them was by e-mail for something I wanted to return. They sent me a return Number and it went back for credit.

Each time I ordered from them I thought long and hard because on the experiences I have had; however, they were offering good items I wanted at good prices. I haven't found another website with the same products at these prices.

Additionally, I have been experiencing similar results from other websites when ordering. Hard to contact and get info. I chalked it up to the Holiday season.

If you are having similar results from other sites then my guess is that you haven't done business with Midway. They don't always have the lowest price (though they have the best price on range bags on planet Earth) but they do not play games. You know what they have in stock before you even think about hitting the Cart button (and an inventory second to none). You get advised that they have your order, you're advised when it ships, and you get the tracking number and direct link to trace your shipment. On the down side, they don't have salesmen whining on web forums. ;)

In any event, I'm willing to give this guy a chance. We'll see if he has a couple ball caps or not.

I had contacted Dan previously to his post on here about the problem I had. He did help me out. The issue I have is that it should not take contacting a guy that I stumbled across on a forum post to solve simple customer problem.
 
Heard back from Dan. I'm going to place a small order, "through him". Will update with how that goes
 
Hey Dan... just in case you missed it... take a look at the accessory threads and picture threads here. Do a quick inventory of what you see hanging from those quad rails. There is a freaking gold mine for a salesman who doesn't play games.

Will give Dan a chance here. There's between 500 and 1,000 people signed onto these forums at any given time. Any salesman worth a flip won't make himself look like a dork over a couple ball caps. Hey Dan?

Ummmm...I was disappointed. I was lied to by Botach when I placed my order for an item...(they did not have it in stock - but said they did so they could take the order and charge my credit card). They then took their time refunding it.

When Dan appeared on Sig Forum...he said he would solve the issue. I took him up on it....called in my credit card to their phone line for the order..told the person about the situation....then nothing. Sent several emails to Dan....none were replied to. Then posted again on Sig Forum about my experience...to which Dan replied. I was then told they couldn't do anything. Geeeee Dan....why is the item listed in your online catalog now????? It was listed online when you said you couldn't do anything as well.
