I ordered four (4) 15-22 magazines when they had them in stock a few days ago, and just now opened my box to find four (4) Beretta 92 magazines.

Wouldn't recommend them again.

Bummer! I've had great luck w/ them so far. I ordered the 3 25rd mags directly from their site and received exactly what I ordered 9 days later and then ordered a GG&G bipod mount from them through Amazon and got it a week later w/ no complaints. They must have a mentally challenged worker or a disgruntle worker sending out random things...lol

Yeah I called and verified that they still had 15-22 mags in and they said yes. Needless to say I got a back order email. Never again will I purchase from them. Inspite of all the bad reviews I still gave them a chance and they blew it!
 
I got the correct ones when I ordered and they were only $17.95
 
I've never used them, but been in the game for many years. Botach has created a bad name for themselves for as long as I can remember. It's on them. Pity. Zebulon
 
I have ordered from them at least a dozen times and never had a problem. I am curious to see what they do for customer service now for you. From my personal experience I am going to give them the benefit of a dout. With the volume of orders they have taken in the last few weeks some orders are going to get messed up unfortunately. Give them some time to make it right.

When did they say they had them? I was too late to party and they've been sold out as long I've been looking at them (last week or so).
 
I had ordered some xdm mags before every thing got super crazy. Website said they had them in stock. About 5 days later I get an email saying they were back-ordered with no expected shipping date. I've not been impressed with them...
 
I ordered 2 25 round mags on the 9th, received an email on the 10th stating they were shipped, on the 14th I received another email stating they were on back order with no eta. I guess the email on the 10th was one BIG LIE.
 
I ordered 3 25 rnd mags on the 11 th and i have received- nothing. I am still waiting. I am giving them the benefit of doubt. On a side note- my order for 10 30 rnd ar mags ordered on the same day from a different website arrived today!
 
Well, there you go.......It's rare for a business to get so much bad press over the years if they were doing their job.....As I said before...no experience, but I do read the gun Forums. When too much bad gets the press. I pass. It's up to a business to make or break their own reputation. I'll pass.......Zebulon
 
I ordered 3 of the black 24 round mags a couple of weeks ago when they had them in stock and set a limit of 3 per customer. I got them a few days later.

I've ordered from them 5 or 6 times now and they have always been quick with shipping and I got exactly what I ordered.
 
I ordered one on the 9th at 1130 PM. Received it last week. i did contact customer service as it took a while for the card to be charged and it to ship, but I did get it.

I saw that they sold out sometime during the 10th.
 
Sorry to hear about your troubles. I actually ordered 2 15-22 mags when they popped up in stock and got them in less than a week. I have had good luck with the 4-5 orders I have placed but have read the reports of bad experiences. I was very excited to have found them. Thought I was going to be stuck with just the one factory mag. Only issue e was the price but I am glad to have them.
 
I've had to wait for everything I've ordered from them but I always got it eventually. [Knock on wood]
 
The order for a magazine I placed last year didn't work out. Havent been back to the website since.

I've never had a problem ordering from botach. But with the overwhelming orders every company is backed up beyond what they can handle. I'll trade you some brand new in the package 15-22 magazines for your beretta magazines. Pm me.
 
I have only ordered from them once (2 15-22 magazines - 25 round). The package arrived quickly, and was exactly what I ordered. A little higher than normal price (about $30 each), but the order itself went without problems.

Sorry about your experience.

Yeah, but this makes two instances with members on this board where Botach switched their 15-22 orders for Beretta 92 orders. Both members had ordered 4 magazines. Coincidence? Maybe, but both instances happened within a week of each other. Sounds like someone is just trying to keep their outgoing order numbers up, without the accuracy of the invoice listing.

I wonder if their internal part number or bin stock location for the Beretta and 15-22 mags are close to one another, or maybe transposed? Someone could be loading a box based on a number and not look at the description?

Possibly right, as some people ARE getting their correct orders. All the more reason to have a double-check on outgoing orders.
 
I have always heard the bad things about them....but the couple of times I have ordered from them went fine. I think their service is very inconsistent.
 
I just got my 3rd email from them, it basically came after the "they are backordered" email. It said that they checked into my order and many orders before and after it had indeed been placed and not able to be shipped, because their systems online inventory availability counter had failed. They said sorry...do you want to cancel your order now ?

I am at a loss here, I guess I will let it ride and see what happens.

It still stinks though.
 
I just got an email from them today. Due to overwhelming demand my order for 3 mags is on backorder. Now I am wondering should I let it ride or cancel? I just got 5 long 10 rnd mags from G and R yesterday so I am good for mags. Any thoughts? I have 3 1522's with 7 25 rnd mags,1 10 rnd short and 5 10 rnd long mags.
