I've never had a problem ordering from botach. But with the overwhelming orders every company is backed up beyond what they can handle. I'll trade you some brand new in the package 15-22 magazines for your beretta magazines. Pm me.

I have only ordered from them once (2 15-22 magazines - 25 round). The package arrived quickly, and was exactly what I ordered. A little higher than normal price (about $30 each), but the order itself went without problems.

Yeah, but this makes two instances with members on this board where Botach switched their 15-22 orders for Beretta 92 orders. Both members had ordered 4 magazines. Coincidence? Maybe, but both instances happened within a week of each other. Sounds like someone is just trying to keep their outgoing order numbers up, without the accuracy of the invoice listing.
I wonder if their internal part number or bin stock location for the Beretta and 15-22 mags are close to one another, or maybe transposed? Someone could be loading a box based on a number and not look at the description?

Possibly right, as some people ARE getting their correct orders. All the more reason to have a double-check on outgoing orders.

I have always heard the bad things about them....but the couple of times I have ordered from them went fine. I think their service is very inconsistent.

I just got my 3rd email from them, it basically came after the "they are backordered" email. It said that they checked into my order and many orders before and after it had indeed been placed and not able to be shipped, because their systems online inventory availability counter had failed. They said sorry...do you want to cancel your order now ?
I am at a loss here, I guess I will let it ride and see what happens.

I just got an email from them today. Due to overwhelming demand my order for 3 mags is on backorder. Now I am wondering should I let it ride or cancel? I just got 5 long 10 rnd mags from G and R yesterday so I am good for mags. Any thoughts? I have 3 1522's with 7 25 rnd mags,1 10 rnd short and 5 10 rnd long mags.

Personally, if things go south... and there are no more...I would want a dozen of each...for each individual rifle... thats just me, I have already lived thru one ten year debacle of a 1994 crime bill... they, the nasty lefties, want to make this a permanent ban... as in forever.!!!!
At least you can modify your long 10 rounders to 25... thats a big help.!!

As much as I have found stuff on their website that I want and need... I will vote with my keyboard and never buy from them again... Unless they respond to my email...and I get 4 free correct 15-22 mags from them.... then... maybe...

Thanks G man. I lived thru the last one and had to play catch up with that one and I remember it very well. My 13 y.o. son is seeing this and he can't believe it. I told him that a way of life that he was used to seeing is probably gonna change due to all of this. I took him to the local dunhams store back after the school shootings to witness the madnes. I told him that I was a whole lot more prepared for this one. I just didn't stock up enough on 1522 mags. BTW- there is one other boy in his grade that has an M&P 1522 and thts it. He knows how lucky he is. Yes, I think I will let it ride and see what happens.

As I've posted several times over the last 6 weeks, I placed an order with Botach for PMags. I've tried numorouse times to call, email, "live" chat, and Facebook them to get some kind of information on my order.
Nothing. They've charged my card but my order status hasn't changed from the moment I placed the order.
Today I received this via e-mail.

In order to be fair to all our customers as product arrives, we will reduce quantities on hi-capacity magazines to a maximum of 3 per customer, as we have received orders of higher quantities than we can offer at this moment.
Be advised that due to the high demand we are unable to provide ETA on magazines and all related products. We are constantly receiving shipments from various vendors and processing orders on a first come first served basis. Your credit/debit card has NOT been charged until your order is ready to ship.

It sure as He** doesn't answer mine... how could I order 4 correct mags that I wanted ...they confirmed order for 4 mags... they said they shipped order for 4 mags...comfirming they were S&W 15-22 mags...at correct price and picture...
7 days later, I receive.... 4 Beretta 92 mags..!!!!!!!! WTH, I should've known better, this coming from Commiefornia...!!!!! The land of fruits and nuts...
And especially confirming in my first post that guys that ordered mags after me...received the correct mags they ordered...!!!!

Still waiting on a reply from an email to them... looks pretty much hopeless at this point....

I am not upset... disappointed, yes...!!! was hoping they were trying to get their **** together and become a viable supplier of products in the gun industry food chain...

I know exactly what you are saying. I would be pissed, too. I was this close to ordering from them. Excellent customer service is the exception, not the norm. Different times for sure.
