Bought Another Bodyguard 2.0

Still puzzled by the finger bite some have experienced; is the finger (or its skin) caught by the doozit on the trigger?
Trigger slap is a different matter; the second generation LCPs killed me with that.

I got a trigger bite one time on my BG2, I believe my skin got pinched in the space between the bottom of the trigger safety and the trigger during reset. I have since been very careful to pull with the pad of my finger. It's the only time I've had a trigger finger issue.

About the same here. I think this place is populated with either the most unlucky gun owners or it’s just high fashion to complain about anything other than high polish and ivory.
My impression about the thousands of posts on the BG2’s out-of-the-box issues as experienced by 90% of those who bought it early 2024 is different.

Most the guys who posted their experiences here with their BG2s are very experienced gun owners.

Most the people on this forum do not appear to be “it’s just high fashion to complain about anything other than high polish and ivory.”

The complaints and issues with Smith & Wesson’s release of the Body Guard 2.0 are well documented and completely valid, and shameful that a legendary firearm manufacturer failed on so many levels.

I guess you don’t own 6 of them and haven’t developed that emotional investment like another firearm brand eh?
