I have developed arthritis in my right wrist. With my hand extended palm down, when I rotate my right hand clockwise from my body I have pain in my wrist about four inches blow my little finger. This is causing me problems when shooting long range. Does anyone make a brace or splint that would help me hold my wrist in the proper position without affecting my grip?

See your local Physical Therapist. They use the thermoplastic that holsters are made from to make custom braces and orthotics. When I was having much problem with arthritis in my trigger finger they made me a brace, BUT, it held my trigger finger and second finger together immobile for a period of time. After about a month I returned to regular shooting, but often wear a compression glove when shooting.

It sounds like you probably have tendinitis and not actual arthritis however an xray would provide information about a diagnosis.
What you need is a shortened long arm splint to support the ulna and stabilize your hand. (You dont need the elbow part and ACE wrap it around the wrist.) or shoot smaller calibers until you feel better.
I have fallen off my dirtbike enough to let you know upper extremity pain sucks while shooting. Best wishes.
