Trigger finger/hand placement revolver

I don't know the resale value of the Hogues. If its just the front that doesn't work for you, then the fingers slots and filler behind the trigger guard can be modified to custom fit your hand.

You would have something like a Fuzzy Farrant if you wanted and had some woodworker to help.

I don't know why, perhaps this Hogue grip has a bit too much of a purse rolver look (through my eyes), hope not to offend people. The Nill grip is also from wood. Adjusting that one by a specialist is not unthinkable, but for now a bit far away.

To me, it seems that you are looking for answers that only a custom grip maker can answer face-to-face. If you really want grips to fit just right, you won't find answers on the internet, even a forum like this, that has a lot of expert advice. You're going to have to bite the bullet and pay up!

With SA only, a covered backstrap looks likely.
For you and others with limited tools available, this might work.
Get a set of wood stocks and use epoxy putty to build the shape you want.
Some files, sandpaper, rubber cement, to glue the sandpaper to various wood/metal objects, and you might make stocks to fit.
Then send those to be copied in your wood of choice.

Pic of old stocks that I made to fit on a 460.
Many variations followed, using epoxy/fillers, and this is the current right side panel.
Being painted with white, then blue, for a graphic art project, then I'll put both sides on the manual carving machine.
Hopefully, the modifications I made to the carver, will allow me to also reverse carve these masters.
Would be nice to get it working so I can finish a long overdue modded Nill project. 🙏
Scanning/CNC is an option.

Good luck with getting grips that do everything you need.
