Hey Ringo, I see you're posting likes. That must mean you're up and around (or at least alive :D) How you doing?

Im still up and around but wobbley as heck. Im also still seeing double due to the narcotics. Also,my reactions are much much slower than I like. Im also having great dificulty in trying to write a cohesive sentence. Its almost time to take another pain pill, then the dizziness starts all over again. I tried finding a certain post yesterday that required a good reply but now I cant find it.

Friday the fun starts again.

BINGO!!! You win the kewpie doll.:D

The Hour of the Gun and Sunset. Others may have but he's the only one that I can think of to have played the part more than once.

I havent heard of Sunset. Looks like one ill need to watch. I almost put Hugh O'brien but he was TV shows only.

Glad your feeling better yourself. I know in my case-that a slight mishap can cause great difficulty as was evident with the probing i had on Wed.

NO way, I thought you were in a hospital on earth, did not know you were abducted and had that famous alien probe out in the flying saucer!:D

PS keep up the good results, we all are pulling for you!:)

One of the pills im taking is Hydro--something or other. On the lable it says: refills are against the law. Im guessing its THAT good of a pilll? I took one this morning and im still floored. I have to take two more by days end too. The thing hate about it--is im always in la la land. I cant stand to not be in control of myself.
That would probably be hydrocodone. Pretty powerful stuff, but be glad they don't have you on the even more powerful oxycodone. That's what they put me on when I shattered my knee - by far the worst pain I've ever experienced. They started me on a pretty heavy dose but I steadily decreased it over a period of 3 months to get myself off it ASAP. Truth is I hardly remember anything about the first couple of months.

The fact that you have your "P00P in a pile" enough to be reading and posting on an internet forum this early in the game is a very good sign IMO. I'm really impressed that you have it "together" enough to be wise cracking about it already.

Prayers for a speedy recovery, man.

I. Look the part where I was abducted for med experiments.

Carl, how are you doing, need anything? Hope you still have my number, I'm just a phone call away if you need anything. Get better for the show we have some haggling to do.

That's the one. I've had morphine and liquid loritab before and don't remember it being this powerful.

It would be out of character not to joke about it. Well, just had a call for yet more to be done tomorrow.

Hi Larry, I'm doing better and I do still have your number. I've been meaning to call and owe you one.:)

Carl, call me anytime, and you do not owe me anything, your friendship is enough. You still have that old M/P you talked me out of at the last show? I am usually a pretty good haggler, but you got the better of me. Let me tell you Carl, that gun will never win any beauty contest, but being a Smith/Wesson, it will work anytime you need it.

Hi Larry, would tonight be a good time? I wanted to ask you on another item you had. That gun I traded for another whose frame better fit my hand. However, the dealer I traded it to said I have first dibs if I want it back? I traded only because I was afraid of not being able to properly fire it. I did get a great trade for it though. I'm thinking of trading it back in and another so I can get a GI .45 for it. I had taken out the other and fired fifty rounds but had a difficult time in safely handling it--otherwise--it was a nice gun and made me a fan of S&W products.

I had numerous sellers asking about it as I went through the aisles. All were interested in it but I wouldn't sell. Then I came across Brads table and he showed me a gun I always wanted that fit my hands perfectly and wanted an even-steven trade. All the others like I figured, tried beating me down on it. The other item I had that I may have traded for the right gun was, one of my Rough Riders.

Carl, It is your gun to do with as you wish, always remember to trade up...

Give me a call, I will be around all today and tomorrow, Friday morning though I will be heading out to another show.

Hope to hear from you.

Larry

Here is more. On Friday they inserted the batteries and also some more wires. Ihave atwo inch long scar where the batteries are,and im not sure how it looks where they inserted more wires on the left side ofmy neck. Ican feel the swelling where the wires are.Sorry I couldnt post Frida y or Saturday.I was pretty much out of it fromthe time I was released late Friday and still not feeling good on Saturday.

One thing positive Is that if i ever wrote a book about the fourth Armored Division In WWII,it would be called: By Pass and Haul ***: The story of Pattons Foruth Armored Division in WWII.I got the idea from a Doc I saw about them on The American Heroes Channel. They had a Doc-not reallt just abiut them but was of their ops two months after D-Day-which led up to the biggest or one f the biggest tank battles in the ETO.It pitted Sherman, and Tank Destroyers against a large formation of Panther tanks. This was a prelude to the Battle of the Bulge in parts of the Germans sending in this large formation of tanks to stop the fourth armored division. The titles name comes from an order given to them to bypass German strongpoints.

You sound (or read) like your old self, Ringo. That's good to see.

Is there a big pink rabbit with shades and a bass drum around your place?
