Has anyone ever bought a new gun from Buds online gun shop? Just wondering if the service is good? Do they just send to gun to a local shop for pick up and registration?

Bud's is excellent. I just purchased my S&W M&P 9mm + Range Kit from Bud's. Shipped the next day and picked it up at my local Gun shop. They charge $10 bucks for the transfer fee which is great. I will buy more guns and accessories in the future.

I have to agree. I have made serveral purchases from bud's and the service has been excellant. They have everything under the sun and the prices have always been great. I have the added advantage of being in ohio and Bud's ships from either Kentucky or Louisianna and they get to me very fast. My dealer charges $20 for transfer and paperwork, but Bud's ships free.

I've had good service from them, they sell a lot on-line.

They ship to FFL, of which you have many choices on the online site.

If your gun shop or FFL is not listed you need to get a copy of their FFL and send it to Buds.

SOME DEALERS WILL NOT ACCEPT FIREARMS OR DO TRANSFERS FROM BUD'S, OR PROBABLY OTHERS ON-LINE TOO.

Whatever FFL it's shipped to will CHARGE YOU A TRANSFER FEE, USUALLY FROM $25-$50 to do the paperwork and call ATF for clearance to sell it to you.

You need to inquire of your Local Gun store about the FEES and ACCEPTANCE first, before ordering on-line.

i've gotten a 15 sport and a 15-22 MOE FDE from them in the past month. quick turnaround and was at my LGS in ~3 business days. It was nice because they have the notification option (which I used for both of these items) and already had my preferred LGS in their list so it was no hassle to do the xfer.

I purchased a S&W 9C recently from Bud's. Good service and price,
shipped to my local dealer in Alaska. Bud's already had their FFL on
file so every aspect of the transaction was quick and fluid.

I bought my M&P9c and Ruger SR9c from Buds. Great service. Had both of my guns to my FFL dealer within a week. When you checkout they will give you a listing of FFL dealers in your area. In the list they have preferred dealers they have done business with before and have all of the FFL information they need to ship the gun. I would buy from Buds again. Great prices and free shipping!!!

Another satisfied Bud's customer. I've used their layaway plan, too.

Bought my M&P9 Pro and my Ruger 556 from Bud's and I couldn't be happier!

I bought a gun from Bud's two years ago and had it in two days. I bought a gun two weeks ago and it was 10 days to get it. Their prices are good but in my case service seems to be getting slower.

Buds is a great place to order from, I bought my M&P 45c from them a couple months ago and had it shipped to my FFL. Some of their prices are hard to beat.

Yes, their shipping is really fast! If you watch them all the time you can get some really good deals. I had ordered a Poly Judge from them just after Christmas and got a great deal 360...ended up traded it in a couple months ago on a Governor and got more in the trade than I paid for it :).

Buds is great. I've purchased 3 firearms through them.

I got my Mossberg JM pro there. My LGS had a better price but could not get a hold of one. LGS makes sure all his prices are better then Buds but sometimes he cant get the items from his supplier. So Buds gets the nod.

Bud's is best of the best. Half of my collection is from them. Jetguns.com sometimes even better prices. (subsid. of Buds)

Add my vote for Bud's Gun Shop too. They have a lot of my money and pricing is one of the best. If you are active duty/retired military or LEO, check out Budspolicesupply.com for additional discounts.

I know from wandering in the store that they are have been moving stuff around the past few weeks, the safe department and stuff like that now at the retail store and it looks like the back end has changed somewhat. So that might explain some of the lag in the past couple of weeks.

In store also took a bit longer than normal over the past couple of weeks.

Well the problem with the store which there fixing is that they sell so many guns. Well this creates so many people doing paper work on the counters u cant get in there to see anything. So there makeing a check out area.
