Another loyal buds customer here. I really like how they have their network of FFLs on file and I don't have to do more than order and go pick it up in a day or so from a coworker. So slick that I don't really want to mess with other online dealers. Their prices are usually as good as I can find (exception is the shield when they had it in stock) and while I love to patronize my LGS, it's not really super local at an hour away with some really high prices on some types of guns.

I don't even want to think how much I have spent at Bud's.

They have been very reliable and completely trustworthy with me on many transactions.

One thing you will notice is that certain items will be shipped to your local FFL within a couple of days, while other items can take close to 2 weeks.

Like most/all dealers, Bud's gets their stock from a variety of distributors, each of which takes a different amount of time.

I just got an M&P 40L from them. Ordered Tuesday, shipped Friday, at my dealer on Monday. I had to get my dealer to send them his FFL, so it took a couple days to get to their shipping dept. Great email updates throughout the process.

Excellent experience with Bud's for a Savage 16 FCSS in .223 Remington. They even talked me through the process of using an "electronic check" so I could get the "Cash Only" price. Status updates to my order were prompt and accurate with complete explanations of just what that status meant and what actions remained open to me with regard to the order and its shipment. Same for ammunition order, too.

I've bought from them several times - would do so again. But good luck trying to reach someone about your order. They NEVER call you back when you leave a detailed message.
