All I can say is shoot the ammo and buy or reload something else.
 
Sounds like they handled your legitimate question in a childish fashion. Strangely, this happens - a customer question that should be all business gets taken personally by the retailer, and their lack of professionalism shows through.

The absolutely should have a disclaimer on the site if their product as delivered differs from their product as displayed. Hopefully either their common sense or their counsel would have already told them this.
 
I've had nothing but tip top service from Buffalo Bore. (Along with excellent product results.)
 
Buffalo Bore is selling performance, not pictures. It's not all that unusual for a product to be slightly different than pictured. Have you tested the ammo to see if it performs as advertised? To me, that is all that matters.

If your ammo absolutely has to be loaded with Speer bullets and no other you need to load your own. Of course there is always the possibility that your loads might not be on a par with the ones you bought from BB. They can be a tough act to follow.
