You guys are going to love this part. Since this incident I have been in touch with Toyota and my dealer, both have been very pleasent to deal with. This afternoon I went to the dealer to get the proper lug wrench. A half hour later my service guy comes back and says you got the right lug wrench, but they have the wrong lugs on your truck....I'm not kidding.
They are now in the process of ordering 24 lug nuts to replace the nuts that are on the wheels. Incredible.
So I'm still riding around with a lug wrench that doesn't fit my lugs.
Toyota Corp is calling me back tomorrow. They have been very nice to deal with. I'm looking forward to what they say when I tell them the dealer's fix to the problem.

Typical dealer service department. It'll probably cost more for the lug nuts than for the lug wrench. Blame it on the parts department. Many years ago I worked parts in an auto dealership. There was a saying. Actually a couple, but on the same premise. It went "If you can't eat it or screw (replacement word) it, put it in the parts department" and "If you can't solve it or make it go away, blame it on the parts department". -Ed.

Victory! At Last
I borrowed an electric Impact wrench from work and after less than 5 minutes had them all loose on the stuck trailer tire. With the right tools, it was easy. I will tighten these with my 4-point lug wrench!
Will also watch carefully in the future how any are tightened..
Come to think about it, I haven't messed with the truck tires since they were last rotated. Perhaps I will keep the wrench over the weekend and check them out as well. Thanks for the timely post!!
