The NRA-ILA reports...

Late last week, the County Sheriffs of Colorado (CSOC) drew a line in the sand in defense of the Second Amendment, telling elected officials in the Centennial State that they will not support any of the proposed gun restrictions.

The CSOS make me proud to be a Coloradan.

Thank you!

Interestingly, while the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution states that the "right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed", the Colorado Constitution states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be "called in question".

Our elected and appointed officials in Colorado, when advocating or proposing restrictions upon the right of the people to keep and bear arms, are clearly in violation of their oaths of office, to wit: support and uphold the Constitution of the State of Colorado.

I have a great deal of fun with this little tid-bit when communicating with any Colorado official who has sworn the oath of office to assume his/her position. Anyone speaking out in favor of restrictions is not only violating the oath of office, but committing a crime under Colorado law!

"So, when may I expect your resignation, since you have publicly violated your oath of office?" I have asked this question many times, but never seem to get a clear answer.

Good for them. Wish someone here in wv would take a stand but alas they are all sissies

Thats why we are hear to draw the line since Manchin is a crook and a backstabber!
