KTVL CBS Channel 10 :: Medford - News - Top Stories - Police: Concealed handgun holder assaulted, robbed of handgun
A guy that looks like that, follows you into the mens room and you let him get behind you? Hey, he's wearing a RAIDERS shirt. C'mon, wise up.....
So, he was caught loitering "around Jackson County Jail".
At least they didn't have to haul him far, to toss his arse in the slammer.

He was "heavily under the influence of drugs".
Hmm. Not really surprised.
I think a few well placed heels to the shin and instep, and elbows to the face would have helped prevent the disarmament of the victim in this case.
A BU gun also makes a lot of sense, too.
Hell, why do people think cops carry a BU? Because of cases like this.
A Kel-Tec/Ruger/S&W BG .380 full of FMJs, dumped into the face of the violent attacker would have prevented his getting away with the lawful carrier's gun.
Gotta admit, pocket carry, or shoulder holster would have been harder to snatch than small of back carry.
Seems to me, a .38 snub in your front pocket is better than a .40 cal auto that you no longer have because it got snatched.
Carrying the biggest gun you can handle sounds like a great tactic.
However, bigger guns are harder to conceal and easier to snatch.
Perhaps, carrying the smallest gun that will effectively protect your life is a better tactic.
Yes, I feel better protected when carrying on of my 45s of 9s.
However, a lot of that is because Hollyweird has convinced us that anything less than a crew served weapon is equal to shooting the bad guy with spitballs.
